Sprouts grown in soil

Sprouts are germinated seeds which are grown in soil.

They offer superior nutritional qualities and are imcomparable when compared to other fruits and vegetables. The sprouts are harvested at the apex of their growth during which time their value in enzymes and antioxydants are at their maximum.

Sprouts develop a root system which draws from the trace elements and minerals in the compost (soil) whose qualities are minutely controled using proven biological methods. They are greener, more nutricious and have a better taste than hyroponically produced sprouts. They also benefit from a longer shelf life.
