Fatou Attiéké

Manioc semolina, called attiéké in Ivory Coast, is derived from the tuber of a tropical palm tree.

Fatou presents its attiéké in pouches, ready to eat. It is an excellent substitute for wheat couscous if your are gluten-intolerent. Its taste is refined and mildly lemony and is an excellent companion with fish, meats and vegetables.
